Accounts Manager

Supports the accounting and finance team by strengthening our accounting systems.
What We'd Love to See
- Accounting proficiency
- Experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with modern accounting software
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or finance, including hands-on responsibility for financial reporting, reconciliations and supporting month-end close processes.
- Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, or CPA) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports and track financial data.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Work with modern accounting software to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide general support to the finance team in audits and compliance.
