- Prepare and process payment requests
- Maintain and update the payment register
- Manage cash impress and petty cash records
- Prepare invoices for sales and delivery transactions
- Scan, document, and file purchase and goods receipt records
- Write cheques, make copies, and complete related documentation
- Maintain accurate purchase and sales registers
- Ensure timely and proper filing of all financial documents
- Visit tax offices when required for official submissions or follow-ups
- Visit banks and other external offices as required
- HND/OND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and record-keeping
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with basic accounting tools and office software
