Who We Are
Kabinart Ghana Limited is a leading premium kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and office furniture manufacturer based in Accra. We are a growing company with a strong team and a reputation for quality and professionalism. We are looking for a reliable, organized and trustworthy Office & Finance Administrator to join our team immediately.
What You Will Do
• Handle monthly staff payroll preparation and ensure accurate and timely processing
• Manage petty cash float — daily reconciliation, recording and replenishment
• Collate and prepare documents for VAT filing and support basic bookkeeping
• Assist with QuickBooks data entry and maintaining financial records
• Manage office supplies, correspondence, courier bookings and day to day administration
• Maintain staff records including leave balances, attendance and HR files
• Support management with routine letters, memos and internal communications
• Assist with onboarding of new staff
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative or finance support role
• Strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word — essential
• Experience handling payroll, petty cash or basic bookkeeping — essential
• Knowledge of Ghana SSNIT and PAYE processes — advantage
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software — advantage
• Honest, discreet and trustworthy — this role handles sensitive and confidential information
• Well organized, dependable and able to manage multiple tasks without supervision
• Good written and spoken English
