Job Description/Requirements


  • Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal process for existing accounts. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and facilitate a seamless renewal experience.
  • Account Expansion: Prospect within a dedicated book of business to create new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct whitespace analysis (products, departments, divisions, use cases) and determine the total opportunity within your portfolio.Build account plans with timelines that will translate to customer value, renewals, expansion, and referrals.
  • Identify and navigate the procurement, legal, contracts, and budget process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Own business-level strategy and partner with Customer Success Managers on account-level strategy to drive value delivery and drive retention. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with all key team members within an account, especially the executive sponsor.
  • Product Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to help shape our product development and improvements. Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
  • Maintain CRM: Log all customer activity in CRM ensuring high integrity in customer record keeping. Maintain updated pipeline and sales stages based on entry and exit criteria in CRM.

Requirements :

  • 3 years of enterprise sales experience in a SaaS environment, including 1+ years of Account Management experience.
  • Must be revenue-focused with outstanding execution skills and determination to enhance the revenue opportunity for Verifiable.
  • Motivated by driving new business opportunities while encouraging strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams of all levels.
  • Results-driven and resourceful with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Kindly assertive. Isn’t afraid to level-set expectations with customers or ask for their business.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Experience with a variety of deal sizes from SMB to MidMarket to Enterprise
