Position Details

• Job title: Senior Sales Representative

• Location: Kumasi, Ghana

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your experience and expertise in pump equipment and related processes to customize application solutions that enhance customer profitability.

• Independently develop and maintain customer relationships, identify needs, and drive the sales process forward.

• Collaborate closely with internal technical and supply chain teams to ensure solution delivery and service quality.

• Monitor market trends and opportunities, and provide frontline feedback to help shape the company's product and business strategies.

What We Are Looking For

1. Work experience with companies in the mining equipment industry, such as Weir, Metso, or similar organizations.

2. Familiarity with at least one or two mineral processing equipment types (e.g., slurry pumps, crushers, filters) and related process flows.

3. Local mining or mineral processing industry experience in Ghana, with practical understanding of the customer landscape, market dynamics, and how business is done in Kumasi and surrounding areas. Candidates who have previously worked with a local industry company will be given strong preference.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and build trusted relationships.

5. A technical background or experience in application solution design is a plus.
