The “M-Fit Project” is a comprehensive initiative aimed at training at least 100 young women between 18 and 35 years with a STEM background in employability soft skills, and placing them in befitting tech-related roles in Ghana.

To bridge the gender gap in the technology sector, this project is designed to empower and equip young women with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) backgrounds with essential soft skills, making them employable in the tech space.

This project seeks to provide a free soft skills training program, which will be carried out for 100 young women with STEM backgrounds.

Upon completion of the course(s), these young women will be connected to employers seeking talent in tech and tech-related fields, increasing their chances of finding their next great job in Ghana.

Jobberman Ghana is collaborating with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to deliver the “M-Fit Project - Matchmaking of Females in Tech Jobs”.

About the Project

STEM Requirements

The term STEM typically refers to course areas in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Thus, in order to qualify for the program, a candidate should have a course background in any one of the stated umbrella areas. These include but are not limited to computer science, computer engineering or related engineering, statistics, pure sciences (e.g. biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, actuarial science), information technology, economics, data science and related courses.

How it works

Step 1: Register your interest via the provided form. (You must have a job seeker account on Jobberman)

We have identified the skills employers in IT-related fields seek, and we would like to enhance your employability in the relevant sectors. The M-FIT project will educate you on these skills and provide a clear and sustained pathway to better opportunities in the STEM space.


Sign up for our free training program, and within four (4) weeks, learn the right skills to enable you to grow your career and thrive in the STEM Space.


Complete the course, and you will be linked to employers seeking talent in tech and tech-related fields, increasing your chances of finding your next great job in Ghana.

Step 2: Sign up to the Jobberman platform and upload your academic/ Education credentials. 

(Must have educational background in STEM)

Step 3: Get invited to training after meeting STEM criteria. 

Step 4: Get access to FREE soft skills training.

Step 5: Get matched with a job that matches your educational background for FREE.
