Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Youth Minister located in Sekondi Takoradi Metropolitan District. The Youth Minister will be responsible for planning and leading Bible studies, engaging in Bible teaching activities, and organizing youth ministry programs. They will provide pastoral care and mentorship to the youth, helping to nurture their spiritual growth and encouraging active community participation.
Qualifications
- Experience in Bible Study and strong knowledge of Biblical teachings.
- Skills in Bible Teaching and the ability to convey Biblical messages in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
- Experience in Youth Ministry with a passion for guiding and mentoring young individuals.
- Pastoral skills including counseling, mentorship, and spiritual guidance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse youth groups.
- A Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a faith-based organizational setting.
