We are currently recruiting for the following positions in Nsawam, Eastern Region, Ghana:

1. Field Workers

Field Workers Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading and offloading of construction materials

• Support warehouse and inventory handling activities

• Ensure proper handling and movement of goods

• Maintain cleanliness and safety within work areas

• Support supervisors in daily operational tasks

• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Assist in deliveries and field-related logistics when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of JHS, SHS, or Technical/Vocational education

• Previous experience in warehouse, construction, logistics, or field operations is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials when required

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary

• Basic understanding of customer service is an added advantage

2. Stocks Managers

Stocks Managers Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels of building and construction materials

• Ensure proper storage, arrangement, and labeling of stock items

• Track incoming and outgoing stock movements

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation

• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records

• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams on stock availability

• Identify and report damaged, missing, or expired stock items

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures

• Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of HND, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

• Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control is highly preferred

• Good understanding of stock management systems and inventory processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

3. Field Supervisors

Field SupervisorsKey Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities and building contracts

• Supervise field workers, subcontractors, and daily operational activities

• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

• Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with site regulations

• Interpret work instructions, plans, and specifications where required

• Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, issues, and resolutions

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on-site

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of Diploma, HND, or Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or Construction Supervisor is preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site operations

• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to supervise teams and manage field activities effectively

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills

4. Company Drivers

Company Drivers Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport goods, staff, and materials

• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of items as assigned

• Assist with loading and offloading of goods when required

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs

• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicle

• Follow all road safety regulations and company transport policies

• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, delivery notes, and vehicle maintenance

• Support logistics and operational activities when needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of SHS Certificate or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license, preferably Class B, C, or D, depending on vehicle type

• Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience

• Good knowledge of routes within Nsawam, Accra, and surrounding areas

• Clean driving record with no major traffic offences

• Responsible, punctual, honest, and disciplined

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Nsawam, Eastern Region, Ghana
