Job Summary
Execute strategic and operational level wargames for Air Force clients from Action Officers to Flag Officers. Apply advanced consulting skills and DoD industry knowledge to support client engagements in the conception, design, planning, execution, and reporting from wargames, tabletop exercises (TTXs), workshops, and other live events. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work with on a team of wargamers to drive the future force design of the Air Force.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 2+ years of experience supporting wargames, TTXs, workshops, and live events in multiple roles
- Knowledge of wargaming processes, DoD weapons systems, capabilities, CONOPS, and CONEMPS
- Ability to support the design and execution of wargames and TTXs
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience supporting wargames, TTXs, workshops, and live events in multiple roles
- Knowledge of multi-domain operations, AF and Joint wargaming processes, DoD weapons systems, capabilities, CONOPS, and CONEMPS
- Ability to think on the fly to solve problems to support TTXs and wargames from conceptualization to execution
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in a Strategic Studies, International Relations, or Operations Research field
