Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Effectively managing and scaling campaigns in the Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc), monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve KPIs such as CR, CAC, ROAS
Creating hypotheses for testing new setups of creatives and audiences
Working closely with the creative team: brainstorming new ideas for creatives, researching competitors' creative approaches, assigning creative tasks, testing new assets
Making regular reports on campaign performance
We expect that you have
3+ years of experience in User Acquisition
Experience in working with the Health & Fitness industry, knowledge of the market and audience
Proven track record of successfully managing user acquisition campaigns and driving growth in web and app
Having experience in launching projects/sources from scratch, understanding how to grow marketing spend
Experience with budgets starting from 500k monthly
Familiarity with web and app analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, etc
Understanding how metrics are built to analyze the effectiveness of app/web purchasing: LTV, ROAS, cohorts
Understanding how SKAd Network attribution works
Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel/Google sheets
Fluent English level
