UI/Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Translate wireframes and user flows into polished visual designs.
• Conduct thorough design research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Present and communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Work closely with team members to understand and translate project requirements
• Conceptualizing, creating and/or extending a “visual system” – including brand elements such as colors, typography, layout and tone – and summarizing in style guides
• Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely, while also being open to receiving feedback and direction, as needed

Requirements and Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Highly skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, InVision
• Microsoft Office: knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
• Sharp eye for layout and graphic design
• Creative and independent problem solving
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working within brand standards
• Ability to develop project from creative conception to final deliverable
• Willingness to work on a team
• Responsiveness to constructive criticism
• Ability to work under pressure and quick turnarounds when necessary
