Job Summary
We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a fast-growing, innovative USA-based company specializing in health, beauty, and pet products development.

- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
In this role, you'll get to:
• Coordinate and/or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
• Deliver group and individual instruction and training in a specified field
• Develop new onboarding system and provide training and guidance to newly hired employees. Research new teaching methods.
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the training program, monitor the progress and track performance against targets.
• Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs
• Collaborate in the creation of a shared corporate culture of continuous improvement.
• And other tasks

We are looking for people who have:
• Higher education
• Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans and methodology
• Skilled in preparing instructional aids and plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Master in organizing and coordinating, excellent time planning skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
