Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing and Sales Executive located in Abidjan. The Ticketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for handling ticket sales, managing customer reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and actively engaging in sales activities. The role will also involve addressing customer inquiries, ensuring smooth reservation processes, and supporting the company's overall travel and tourism services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and managing customer reservations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships
- Experience in Sales with a focus on meeting targets and driving revenue
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using ticketing and reservation systems is a plus
- Knowledge of regional and international travel destinations is advantageous
- Fluency in English and French is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in travel, tourism, business, or a related field
