Job Description/Requirements
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRMÂ system.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Attributes:
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Availability to work 6 days a week with one day off on a rotating basis.
- Must be able to speak English and Twi fluently. Ability to speak any other Ghanaian language is a plus.

- Internet with speed of 1 MBps
- Headset with Microphone
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Sunday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
