Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Investigating technical product issues by interacting with customers to get to the root cause of issues and guiding them through resolutions
- Establishing a deep understanding of the Revolut People platform by becoming a product expert, enabling an outstanding customer experience
- Escalating technical issues to product and engineering teams and sharing updates on progress with our customers
- Stress-testing product fixes and new releases to assess product usability and ensure only the best solutions reach our customers
What you'll need:
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills
- The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
- Great attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Technical Support (L1/L2)
- Knowledge of SQL, Jira, and Google Cloud
