Role Description

This is a full-time fully remote role for a Tech Sales Executive. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting tailored technology solutions that meet customer needs.


You will collaborate closely with development and marketing teams, create and execute sales strategies, deliver high-impact pitches, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The role also involves achieving sales targets, managing accounts, and staying updated on industry trends.


Important Note About This Role

This is a highly selective position.

  • We recruit only 2 Tech Sales Executives across 6 African countries per month.
  • If additional capacity is needed, only 2 new slots are opened the following month.
  • Many candidates apply to work at BagginsHQ, but only a few succeed.


This role is not for beginners or individuals seeking training. It is strictly for experienced sales professionals who already understand how to:

  • Identify qualified prospects
  • Approach decision-makers
  • Close high-value tech deals consistently


If you are looking for a role where you wait until the end of the month for a salary without delivering meaningful conversions, this position is not for you. We value results, accountability, and execution, and we prioritize serious sales professionals who can deliver.


Compensation & Work Setup

  • $50 monthly facilitation (provided at the start of each month)
  • Corporate email
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Your salary is determined during the interview


Interview Process

The interview for this role is conducted by our Senior Software Engineer, Allan.

Expect a rigorous evaluation process. This is not a standard sales interview—it combines both technical understanding and sales capability, reflecting the level of expertise required to succeed in this role.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience in B2B or tech-related sales
  • Solid understanding of mobile apps, custom software, and web development solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical products to clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a tech company or startup is an advantage
