Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing effective people management (one-to-ones, coaching, career development)
- Controlling and monitoring daily/weekly operations, providing timely reactions to different situations
- Acting as the point of contact for any internal or external escalation
- Challenging process/procedures in context of continuous improvement
- Leading the team toward success by meeting company and team KPIs
- Assessing quality of work and making sure the team meets deadlines
What you'll need:
- Fluency in English (min C1)
- Prior experience within a workforce team
- At least a year of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs
- The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects at once and meeting tight deadlines
- The ability to communicate positively, effectively, and efficiently with members of various internal teams, outside counsel, and regulators
- To demonstrate sound judgement
- Practical knowledge of SQL
