Job Description/Requirements

- 3+ years of experience working with clients on change management solutions
- Ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key clients
- Ability to identify differentiating change management solutions to client problems and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders for implementation
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and integrate multiple teams conducting diverse tasks
- Ability to cultivate a positive team dynamic, focused on delivery and team member growth and development as world-class consultants
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
