Role Description – Stocks Managers
Fncee Consult is recruiting experienced and detail-oriented Stocks Managers on behalf of a reputable general building and construction materials and services company in Accra.
The Stocks Managers will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, monitoring stock levels, organizing product storage, tracking supplies, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, inventory management knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Accra Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of building and construction materials
- Ensure proper storage, arrangement, and labeling of stock items
- Track incoming and outgoing stock movements
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams on stock availability
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or expired stock items
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures
- Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management
Qualifications for Stocks ManagersRequired Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of SHS Certificate, HND, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control is highly preferred
- Good understanding of stock management systems and inventory processes
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to supervise warehouse assistants and coordinate stock activities
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Residing within Accra or nearby areas is preferred
