Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business team in evaluating sales and marketing programs, performing value-added ad-hoc analysis, calculating customer lifetime values, reviewing brand strategies and special projects as required;
- Assist in Oracle project work including development of internal processes for Fusion and PBCS;
- Develop and implement opportunities to streamline processes and enhance business and process efficiencies and assist with the integration of newly acquired entities;
- Develop systems and business models to reflect current and future business needs;
- Checking work/reports for accuracy and constantly striving towards error-free reporting;
- Assist on M&A as required.
Job Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or similar;
- 3 years' experience in reporting and data analytics, including experience in budgeting and forecasting;
- Proficiency with MS Office including PowerPoint, must be an Excel expert;
- Experience in Oracle preferred;
- Must have experience analyzing large sets of data and the ability to proactively identify issues;
- Motivated, self-starter who builds rapports with other team members and departments;
- Communicates effectively, both written and verbal;
- Fluent in English.
