Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities include
Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with the business development teams to understand project requirements and design tailored blockchain solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our products.
- Work closely with development teams to translate client requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges or issues that may arise.
Support and Feedback
- Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams on the implementation and use of our tech stack.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the product development team, providing valuable feedback and insights to improve our blockchain solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, BD, and marketing, to ensure a seamless developer/project experience.
- Collaborate with external partners and integrators to facilitate smooth integrations and product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a solutions engineering or similar technical role in a L1 / L2 chain
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Solidity, Rust etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
