Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales strategies, including in-person prospecting and outbound calling.
- Collaborate with existing clients to understand their needs, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
- Conduct thorough customer needs analyses, create proposals and presentations, and demonstrate our products.
- Meet with decision-makers, understand their corporate goals, and tailor sales plans accordingly
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and become a subject matter expert on our software solutions.
- Understand and address customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions based on their needs.
- Follow up on leads and ensure internal systems are updated.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
- Communicate effectively with clients at all business and technical levels
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Monitor and maintain our social media presence, including posting regular updates and engaging with followers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital channels
