We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Software Sales & Digital Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our software solution

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales strategies, including in-person prospecting and outbound calling.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to understand their needs, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
  • Conduct thorough customer needs analyses, create proposals and presentations, and demonstrate our products.
  • Meet with decision-makers, understand their corporate goals, and tailor sales plans accordingly
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and become a subject matter expert on our software solutions.
  • Understand and address customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions based on their needs.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure internal systems are updated.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all business and technical levels
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Monitor and maintain our social media presence, including posting regular updates and engaging with followers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital channels
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
