At TechnipFMC, we are global leaders in subsea energy solutions, delivering innovative technology that powers the world's most demanding offshore environments. Our Controls & Automation department in Kongsberg is designing and building equipment and software for subsea control systems.
We are now looking for an Embedded Software Developer with experience in C/C++, Python, and Linux to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about embedded systems, love solving technical challenges, and want to make a real impact – this could be your next adventure!
What you’ll do
You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team developing software for real-world applications.
Expect to work hands-on with:
Embedded Linux, C/C++, Python Multi-threaded and event-driven systems Hardware-software integration Boost C++ Libraries and embedded communication protocols (CAN, Modbus)You might also have the opportunity to contribute to:
Cross-platform UI applications in Python Automated testing and CI/CD pipelines Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban)What we value
