We’re looking for a Security and Operations Engineer who specializes in installing systems on Cloud infrastructure, ensuring the infrastructure is functional and available, and updating and patching critical systems to enhance our security posture. You’ll identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical system. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 2+ years of experience with Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Experience with CI/CD development
- Experience with AWS
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environmentÂ
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraphÂ
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 3 months of start date Â
Nice If You Have:Â Â
- Experience working in CybersecurityÂ
- Experience with Cybersecurity concepts, including threats, vulnerabilities, security operations, patching, boundary defense, auditing, or authenticationÂ
- Experience with Jenkins, Packer, Git, Docker, Kubernetes JIRA, and Confluence Â
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53 and NIST-190Â
- Bachelor's degree
- Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
