Showroom Sales Representative

Role Description The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the showroom by providing exceptional customer service, effectively presenting and selling the company's products, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the showroom consistently achieves its sales targets.

The role serves as a senior point of contact within the showroom and provides guidance and support to other showroom sales staff while ensuring adherence to company sales, customer service and operational standards.

Qualifications

1. Drive showroom sales and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
2. Engage customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
4. Follow up on enquiries, quotations and prospective sales to maximise conversions.
5. Handle customer enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
6. Ensure effective product presentation, merchandising and overall showroom standards.
7. Monitor product availability, customer preferences, competitor activities and market trends.
8. Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales and customer reports.
9. Support, coach and mentor showroom sales representatives to improve team performance.
10. Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, customer service standards and operational procedures.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in sales, preferably in a showroom, retail, consumer goods or related environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
