Job summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shop Attendant to support daily operations at Paxogh. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, managing WhatsApp orders, organising stock, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience both in-store and online. The Shop Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, upselling complete outfits, and providing excellent service. You will handle WhatsApp enquiries, confirm orders, check stock availability, and coordinate with the team for order fulfillment and delivery.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and display merchandise in an organized and visually appealing manner
- Maintain a clean, neat, and attractive store environment at all times
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records
- Assist with stock replenishment and report low or missing items
- Support content creation by taking photos and videos of products when required
- Use smartphones and digital tools such as WhatsApp and Shopify to manage tasks and communication
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via messaging platforms
- Ensure products are properly labeled and presented according to store standards
- Stay proactive in identifying ways to improve store appearance and operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of fashion (men’s wear preferred)
- Ability to upsell and recommend outfits
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and mobile apps
- Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior retail experience is a plus
