Job summary
Company is seeking responsible, customer-focused Shop Attendants to support daily retail operations at our Ashaiman and Madina Zongo Junction outlets. The ideal candidates should be hardworking, trustworthy, and able to engage customers professionally while ensuring smooth shop operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Attend to customers politely and professionally at all times
- Sell products and provide accurate information to customers
- Ensure proper arrangement and display of products in the shop
- Handle sales transactions and maintain basic sales records
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor stock levels and report low or expired items
- Assist with receiving and arranging new stock
- Support daily opening and closing of the shop
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures
- Minimum qualification: Basic education / SHS is an advantage
- Previous experience as a shop attendant or sales assistant is an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work flexible hours if required
- Neat and presentable
- Friendly and respectful
- Time-conscious and disciplined
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
