What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting a robust SEO strategy that aligns with Revolut Business' objectives, ensuring that we rank high on search engines for our targeted keywords
- Identifying and establishing valuable link-building opportunities and partnerships to boost our domain authority and search engine rankings
- Enhancing our website's internal linking structure to improve SEO performance and customer navigation
- Contributing to an SEO-optimised website design and structure, ensuring that it's user-friendly and search engine compliant
- Optimising content through regular reviews and optimising our content for better search engine visibility, ensuring that it meets the latest SEO standards
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, including growth in organic traffic and an increase in sales leads
What you'll need:
- Fluency in English
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably a hyper-growth global tech company)
- Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
- A proven track record as a successful SEO Manager with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Expertise in using SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other industry-standard tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret SEO data and translate it into actionable strategies
- A collaborative mindset to work with various teams, ensuring that SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets
- Creativity in identifying new SEO opportunities and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
