Job Purpose

The Senior Security Supervisor will lead the security team, manage daily security operations, conduct audits and risk assessments, and ensure the protection of company personnel, assets, and facilities. The role requires strong leadership, operational experience, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

• Prepare and manage security shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Supervise, coach, and assess the performance of security personnel.
• Develop and implement training programs, drills, and competency development plans.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members.

Operational Oversight

• Oversee CCTV operations, control rooms, and alarm monitoring systems.
• Conduct security audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead emergency response activities and crisis management procedures.
• Conduct after-action reviews and implement corrective measures.
• Identify, prevent, and review security risks across company operations.

Administration and Compliance

• Maintain accurate security records, reports, and incident documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other external stakeholders as required.
• Plan and coordinate security operation audits.
• Monitor and report on overall security performance and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional certification in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5-10 years' proven experience in security operations or safety management, with supervisory experience.
• Retired Police or Military personnel with proven criminal investigation experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent report-writing and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in the use of security systems and security management software.
• Physically fit and capable of conducting patrols and responding to emergencies.
• Maximum age of 50 years.
