Senior Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
• Ultimately, you'll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. 

Experience & Skills

• You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework and its artifacts and techniques.
• You'll also need to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mindset on deliverables.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field experience
• Extensive expertise in software deployment across several platforms and operating systems
• 5+ years of experience as a software developer
• Strong knowledge of the language specification
• Thorough understanding of the standard library, object-oriented, microservice architecture, and algorithms
• Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and Agile processes: Github, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc…
• Familiarity with SDLC/PDLC /Agile/Scrum process
• Responsible for the Scrum process is understood by the team: Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective with the support and verification of the Product Manager
• Reports any delay risks, dependencies, and product development evolution
• Control the release management and quality management over the SDLC process
