Cedar Information Systems is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT products and solutions and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts by building strong, long-term partnerships.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to negotiating and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to effectively position and sell IT products and solutions in the Ghanaian market.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CCE, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT products and solutions within the Ghana market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- The ability and willingness to continuously improve their skills by learning our OEM products and obtaining relevant certifications.
- Owning a car is a plus
