Job Summary
We are looking for a remote Senior R&D Specialist to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a fast growing, innovative USA based company, which specializes in health, beauty, and pet products development.

- Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
In this role, you'll get to:
• Formulate natural herbal supplements for humans and for pets and skincare products
• Review and interpret scientific articles related to natural ingredients
• Report, document, and summarize the results of research and other data into a format that allows easy review
• Manage time to achieve objectives of formulation with the team
• Prepare new products’ composition to be registered and launched onto the market in accordance with regulatory requirements under the general supervision of the R&D supervisor
• Cooperate with design and purchasing teams
• Communicate with manufacturing facility
• Solve quality issues
• Answer internal and external questions related to the products
• Manage team members
• Manage projects
• And other tasks

We are looking for people who have:
• Higher education
• Work experience in a supplement or skincare company
• Good understanding of plant nutrients and their interactions
• Keen to detail and great time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to analyze large amounts of scientific papers
• Ability to summarize scientific papers into an essay that could be used by the marketing team
• Work experience in a supplement or skincare company
