Job Summary
Growth Marketing team is working on pushing it even more using different paid social acquisition channels to grow our customer database and boost our 7-digit ARR revenue. With your expertise in Performance Marketing, you can work on incredible things: own Facebook ads and other channels, influence the PIRATE & self-serve funnel, implement data-driven experiments which can bring immense possibilities in MRR growth and speed of scale.

Job Description/Requirements
What you will be doing
1. Acquisition & Funnel Experimentation
- Identifying customer acquisition strategies, prioritising them, and justifying their priority
- Implementing and running a continuous testing setup in push channels to further enrich the creative strategy
- Running tests and talking to customers and implementing hypotheses into our funnels to identify and resolve conversion bottlenecks
- Building and validating new funnels
2. Acquisition Copywriting
- Writing audience-specific copy for ad creative and continuously improving it through experiments and customer insights
3. Campaign Design & Optimization
- Creating, executing, and optimizing in-channel campaigns (primarily on Meta) with the goal of maximizing the return on ad spend
- Exploring and establishing profitability on further push channels to add to our existing mix (TikTok, LinkedIn, Native)
- Overseeing implementation of channel-specific conversion tracking and reporting
4. Creative Strategy Assistance
- Working closely with our design team to improve ad creative in order to increase conversion and improve overall performance
5. Quantitative Analysis
- Performing detailed quantitative analysis on marketing performance data at the program and the individual channel levels, reporting on it on a regular basis, and using it to continuously build experiments and improve how we go to the market
Who you are
- You bring 3+ years of experience in Performance MarketingÂ
- You have a great expertise in one or more major paid social channel like Meta or TikTok
- You are experienced in operations and strategy and like to get your hands dirty to solve the problems at hand – small or big, while connecting the dots in the bigger scheme
- You have run paid social programs at a similar product-led B2B SaaS startup and understand the business model deeply, how to optimise for free trials, sign-up flows, and upfront purchases
- You are resourceful, curious, learn quickly, and intrinsically passionate about the topic of user psychology and performance marketing
