Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Â Â Â
- Implement new features using best practices.  Â
- Working closely with cross functional teams and mediating between backend teams and the iOS team.  Â
- Lead the effort of app modernization, and migration to SwiftUI.  Â
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions to support long-term growth.  Â
- Mentor junior and mid-level iOS engineers, providing guidance and support.  Â
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.  Â
- Identify and resolve complex issues, including hard-to-reproduce crashes and bugs, ensuring robust and reliable application performance  Â
- Research and implement the latest iOS technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve app quality.  Â
- Oversee comprehensive testing and quality assurance efforts, including dev testing and unit testing to ensure the delivered features are free from critical defects.  Â
Job Qualifications:Â Â Â
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).  Â
- 5+ years of experience in iOS app development.  Â
- Sound knowledge of iOS development principles and best practices.  Â
- Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit(SwiftUI is necessary).  Â
- Experience with CI/CD.  Â
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience  Â
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  Â
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.  Â
- Experience in Agile methodologies, contributing to team efficiency Â
