Job Description/Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Provide actionable feedback and guidance to editors (and writers) and raise the quality of our content;
- Research industry-related topics and ideas;
- Review, edit, and publish content to ensure it's unique and of high quality;
- Apply SEO principles to maximize reach to our target audience;
- Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content;
- Ensure copy complies with our brand standards, style guide, and maintains site-wide consistency;
- Train and manage a team of editors.
What You Will Do We Expect:
- Minimum of 2 years as and editor and 2 years as a Team Lead;
- Experience with editing, proofreading, and improving different types of content (mainly SEO content) - but also landing pages, Blog, emails, scripts;
- Experience in conducting training for editors and/or other related team;
- Excellent written skills in English;
- Proven experience in following company style guide (and challenge the guide);
- Proven familiarity with SEO;
- Strong attention to detail - with problem-solving skills and can-do attitude;
- Exceptional leadership skills with proven experience as a team lead/manager;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced (changing) environment with multiple teams, stakeholders;
- Ability to understand big-picture projects with good priority management;
- Ability to provide candid feedback and ensure content quality is at the highest level;
- Have a good understanding of digital performance marketing, user behavior and content quality.
