Duties
You’ll be an integral member of our customer marketing team, serving as the thought partner to our VP of Customer Marketing.Â
As part of our GTM Data team, you collaborate closely with Marketing Analysts, Analytics engineers, Digital Analytics managers as well as the Sales Operations team and Customer Success team
Build clean, highly scalable customer marketing data models in Snowflake, using dbtÂ
Build insightful, flexible and clear dashboards and self-service tools for stakeholder (we use Looker)
Own and optimize data connections within our marketing stack to get the right data in front of our stakeholders where they work
Marketing Analytics: develop strategies and data models for customer marketing, ranging from specific enterprise and account based marketing initiatives, to industry brand campaigns.Â
Customer Segmentation: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, evolve customer segmentation models and use them to drive product and marketing strategies.
Metrics design: Own and develop a suite of customer marketing metrics and help set goals for the organization. Develop strategies for reducing churn and maximizing revenue from existing customers
Customer Communication: Manage and analyze customer communication data, with a focus on optimizing email campaignsÂ
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
You have a deep understanding of marketing analytics (Content, Email, Social Media, etc …)Â
Highly proficient in SQLÂ
Experience with Looker (or similar self-service data tooling)Â
3+ years experience in marketing/customer success analytics area with a proven track record of success (upsell/cross sell, Account based Marketing, Enterprise marketing)
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
You are an excellent communicator, you love telling stories with data and you work easily with people across the spectrum
