Job Description/Requirements

Duties

  • You’ll be an integral member of our customer marketing team, serving as the thought partner to our VP of Customer Marketing. 

  • As part of our GTM Data team, you collaborate closely with Marketing Analysts, Analytics engineers, Digital Analytics managers as well as the Sales Operations team and Customer Success team

  • Build clean, highly scalable customer marketing data models in Snowflake, using dbt 

  • Build insightful, flexible and clear dashboards and self-service tools for stakeholder (we use Looker)

  • Own and optimize data connections within our marketing stack to get the right data in front of our stakeholders where they work

  • Marketing Analytics: develop strategies and data models for customer marketing, ranging from specific enterprise and account based marketing initiatives, to industry brand campaigns. 

  • Customer Segmentation: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, evolve customer segmentation models and use them to drive product and marketing strategies.

  • Metrics design: Own and develop a suite of customer marketing metrics and help set goals for the organization. Develop strategies for reducing churn and maximizing revenue from existing customers

  • Customer Communication: Manage and analyze customer communication data, with a focus on optimizing email campaigns 


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree

  • You have a deep understanding of marketing analytics (Content, Email, Social Media, etc …) 

  • Highly proficient in SQL 

  • Experience with Looker (or similar self-service data tooling) 

  • 3+ years experience in marketing/customer success analytics area with a proven track record of success (upsell/cross sell, Account based Marketing, Enterprise marketing)

  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities

  • You are an excellent communicator, you love telling stories with data and you work easily with people across the spectrum
