Summary
We are seeking a Senior Buyer with a Master's degree and minimum 3 years procurement experience to manage strategic purchasing for raw materials, equipment, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement within budget.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments on procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Ghana procurement regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
