You will implement repeatable and scalable processes to support departmental goals and manage multiple projects across different stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Supports the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, managing cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, edge case mitigation, and on-time completion.
- Support the evaluation of overall departmental performance by helping to create, gather, analyze and interpret data and metrics as well as assisting in the development of departmental metrics and implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Collaboratively works with all relevant internal and external stakeholder groups to formulate proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- 1+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design.
- 1+ year of proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or comparable programs within the Google Docs Editors suite (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
- 1+ year of proven proficiency in SQL
