- Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with security procedures.
- Verify identification and maintain visitor and vehicle logs.
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control equipment.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to deter and detect security threats.
- Identify and report suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Ensure doors, gates, and restricted areas are secured at all times.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Take appropriate action in cases of theft, trespassing, or disturbances.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and daily security logs.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist during emergencies such as fire outbreaks, medical incidents, or evacuations.
- Coordinate with emergency services when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.
- Provide basic assistance and directions to visitors and staff.
- Protect confidential information and company property.
- Strong observation and situational awareness skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure.
- Good communication and reporting skills

- Integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
- Minimum of a high school certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security services is an advantage.
- Basic training in security procedures, first aid, or fire safety is desirable.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
