Job summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. The role involves meeting sales targets, understanding customer needs, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and onboard new customers (retailers, salons, distributors, beauty shops).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow ups.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and proper account management.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor market activity and product performance.
  • Execute route plans and maintain an updated customer database.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors. ·
  • Collect and report market intelligence on competitors and emerging trends.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales and field activity reports to the Sales Director.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to grow market coverage and visibility.


Qualifications And Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG and cosmetics or beauty company.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (Diploma accepted with solid experience).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Skilled in field sales, retail distribution, and account management
  • Experienced in both modern and general trade channels (supermarkets, salons, and retailers).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results oriented.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and able to represent a premium beauty brand professionally.
  • Passionate about cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends.
  • Fluent in English and local languages.
