Key Responsibilities
  •  Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and manage long-term business relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
  • Present and promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms in line with company guidelines.
  • Drive sales growth and increase brand awareness within assigned territories.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare regular sales activity reports and performance updates.
  • Track sales performance against targets and contribute to overall team objectives.

  • Ability to work independently and manage field-based activities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • B2B sales experience is an advantage.

Compensation Package
  • Basic Salary: GHS 2,000
  • Transport Allowance: GHS 500
  • Total Monthly Package: GHS 2,500
