Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra as a Sales Representative/ Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing distributors, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks will include generating leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, conducting market research, and negotiating agreements with clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications

• Proven abilities in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, relationship building, communication, and customer-centric.
• Analytical skills for conducting market research and preparing quotations for customers.
• Experience in negotiation, sales, marketing, construction, Microsoft Office, and customer relationships
• Familiarity with product knowledge, particularly in construction materials, solar energy, or related industries, is a plus
• Ability to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines
• Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, construction, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the building materials,sanitary ware, environmental sectors, and solar energy is advantageous
• Ability to speak chinese is a plus.
• Ability to drive and have the driving license is also a plus.
