Role Purpose
Drive pasta product sales in assigned territory, ensuring distribution, visibility, and execution of trade marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for pasta SKUs.
- Expand distribution and activate new outlets.
- Execute trade promotions and in-store visibility standards.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
- Ensure compliance with pricing and credit policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/bachelor’s in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years FMCG sales experience (preferably pasta or dry foods).
- Familiarity with GT/MT channels and route-to-market strategies.
Skills
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Data-driven mindset; basic Excel and sales tools.
- Strong communication and relationship management.
