Sales Officer

Role Purpose

Drive pasta product sales in assigned territory, ensuring distribution, visibility, and execution of trade marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets for pasta SKUs.
• Expand distribution and activate new outlets.
• Execute trade promotions and in-store visibility standards.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and credit policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/bachelor’s in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years FMCG sales experience (preferably pasta or dry foods).
• Familiarity with GT/MT channels and route-to-market strategies.

Skills

• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Data-driven mindset; basic Excel and sales tools.
• Strong communication and relationship management.
