Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
•
Identify and prospect potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
•
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
•
Present product offerings to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
•
Negotiate and close sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
•
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits.
•
Conduct follow-up calls or visits to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
•
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications
•
Proven experience as a Sales Officer or in a similar sales role.
•
A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
•
Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
•
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, passionate about sales.
•
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
•
Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
