Role Overview

AquaDot is looking for a driven and reliable Sales Officer to help grow our bottled and sachet water sales across shops, restaurants, offices, churches, events, and other businesses.

This role is mainly field-based and involves building strong customer relationships, increasing daily sales, and ensuring AquaDot products are well represented in the market.


This role requires commitment and professionalism. We value our time and that of our candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell AquaDot bottled water to new and existing customers
  • Visit shops, distributors, offices, restaurants, churches, and event organisers regularly
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and support payment collection where required
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Promote AquaDot products and any ongoing offers or promotions
  • Gather feedback from customers and report market insights to management
  • Keep simple and accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions
  • Represent AquaDot professionally and honestly at all times

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Daily and monthly sales volume achieved
  • Number of active customers served
  • New customers acquired
  • Customer retention and repeat orders
  • Accuracy of sales and payment records

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience - 2-3 years
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable working in the field and approaching customers
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
