- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Supervise and organize the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation activities.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory reconciliation.
- Check and count incoming and outgoing inventory, including marking of iron rods where necessary.
- Receive and verify waybills from suppliers.
- Record incoming invoices and waybills into the purchases book accurately.
- Supervise loading of goods for customers.
- Audit invoices before dispatch and sign off on invoices/waybills to confirm correct size, quantity, and condition of goods delivered.
- Ensure delivery/transport charges are applied where company trucks are used.
- Take full responsibility for stock management and control.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Minimum qualification: SHS or HND.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience.
- Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory processes.
- High level of integrity and commitment to excellent customer service.
Salary: GHS 1,800 – GHS 2,000
