Job Summary
Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Stock taking
- Checking and counting both incoming and outgoing inventories (stock or items) including marking of iron rods.
- Receiving incoming waybills from suppliers
- Recording incoming invoice/waybills into purchases books
- Supervising loading of inventories to customers
- Auditing invoices before loading and sign on invoices/waybills to confirm goods have been delivered to customer in good state, right size and quantity
- Ensure that delivery/transport is charged if our company truck is to deliver the goods
- Responsible for inventories or stocks
- Any other duty assigned by your supervisor and management
Requirements:
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- At least an HND
- 3 years of working experienceÂ
Location: Accra
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: GHC 1800.00- GHC 2000.00
