Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in selling trucks, buses, and other large commercial vehicles to businesses and government institutions. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, and will possess a comprehensive understanding of the commercial vehicle market.
Duties
Achieving Sales Goals: Create and implement effective sales strategies, forecast sales performance, and ensure the sales team meets targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and potential leads.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the features, benefits, specifications, and competitive landscape of our commercial vehicles.
Sales Process Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and provide reports to management.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage the sales budget, predict sales revenue, and ensure efficient departmental operations.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as service, parts, and finance.
Skills
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on commercial vehicles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
