Job summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth bydeveloping and executing sales strategies that increase occupancy,events bookings, and overall hotel profitability. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, securing corporate and groupbusiness, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for bothleisure and business travelers.

Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build a strong and active sales pipeline
- Identify and acquire new clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Pharmacies,Airlines)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Develop new revenue channels
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Ensure repeat business and contract renewals
- Prepare and present quotations
- Track leads, deals, and pipeline
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports
- Handle pricing objections professionally
- Negotiate contracts and payment terms
- Close deals efficiently while protecting profit margins
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance,or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in same role
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong understanding of the Hospitality industry and market dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
