Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue
- Actively sell hygiene kits to individuals, travel agencies, and retailers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate distribution and product availability
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Lead promotional campaigns and market activations
- Future Role: recruit, train, and supervise sales agents
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in fields like Business Administration or Marketing or any related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is highly valued
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities
Salary: GHS3,000 - GHS3,600
